Money issue
First of all I want to say I am a *** customer because I downloaded this app because I use it for tracking people on my phone I don't have a car I don't have a house to track a key all I want is my money back on my cash app the app is great it just didn't purchase nothing from this app I tried to contact customer service earlier no answer

I am trying to get ahold of someone who can help me
I was trying to log into my account and it didn't work. It locks up whenever I try.
Is there a way you can help me figure this out? It just keeps doing it over and over. I turn off my phone and restart it, but it still doesn't really work. I asked my server to help me, but they couldn't help me.
I also tried calling the number for the Life360 app for customer service, but it just cut me off and I couldn't call.
Why doesn't that phone number work? One of them said it is an invalid phone number.

Not getting the assistance I need to resolve my issue
My granddaughter's location sharing is off. We have tried all of the suggestions given by you on ticket #489****.
This has been going on now for 2 weeks and we are not getting any help. I tried calling your customer service number but the connection just hangs up and the correspondence through the email is not helping at all.
You just keep suggesting the same things over and over. Our granddaughter is a college student away from home and we need Life 360 to be working!

My record shows that I was out of my hotel for 3 hours at midnight and that is not true. I want to clarify the misunderstanding.

Won't let me sign back into my account.
It will not let me sign back into my account i have had for three years. I have three different circles which i now cannot access and they cannot access me.
i am very upset and annoyed. i have been trying for the past 30 mins and it will not let me.
even with the code it is sending to my phone number it does not work each time. i need this fixed fast.

Resolved: Number rang twice..then disconnected
Took forever to find customer service number..then no answer...rang twice then disconnected. Plus asked me why I was calling before it would let me dial

Stupid *** people were supposed to send me stuff and didn’t
I was supposed to receive free tiles. They were supposed to be included with my subscription, my free trial, and everything else. If my tiles are not coming, I want a refund for the money that I paid.

I'm being charged
Charged and i shouldn't be and the app is sooo inaccurate. It delays and never keeps a true and correct log of where and when people are at places.

You were taking money out of my acct and I never had the app
Not good money was taken out of my bank without my knowledge you unlawfully took money from my account without my knowledge until I check my statements, and I noticed you guys have been taking out money for more than three months and I wish you would return it back to me. My bank tried to fight it off with you guys, but you guys didnt agree with that so I want my money back.
Thats what I really want, Im very happy.
Im very unhappy with this company right now so dont the only thing I asked is please put my money back in my account for the past three or four months that this was happening you were charging me for this. This is just not right on only a monthly payment from my retirement money and this is just not right thats all Im not happy at all with this whatever you guys are , I wouldnt recommend it to any of your customers or nothing like that so
